This is a quiz and will be graded as a quiz. What ever score you get on the quiz will be the score that will go into infinite campus. One will only have one chance to take the quiz. El pretérito de verbos con el cambio ortográfico i → y

Verbs ending in -uir, such as destruir, have a spelling change in the preterite. The i becomes y in the Ud. / él / ella and Uds. / ellos / ellas forms.

Note that the i is only accented in the yo form.

Other verbs, such as leer, creer, oír, and caerse, follow a similar pattern.
