The picture for question 3 is cortar el dedo- to cut the finger. Conjugate the verb cortar in the preterit. The verb for number 4 is jugar. The verb for number 5 is caerse. The verb for number 6 is ir de pescar to go fishing. Make sure you conjugate all verbs in the preterit.
Also make sure you can conjugate and can tell me the English translations of all the verbs below by next class. Remember they are verbs that change from I-Y in the 3rd person singular and plural or the él, ella, Ud. forms as well as the ellos, ellas, Uds. forms.

Today in class we studied more irregular verbs in the preterit. We studied the verbs That change from I-Y in the 3rd person singular and plural. See notes below
El pretérito de verbos con el cambio ortográfico i → y | ||||||||
Verbs ending in -uir, such as destruir, have a spelling change in the preterite. The i becomes y in the Ud. / él / ella and Uds. / ellos / ellas forms. | ||||||||

Other verbs, such as leer, creer, oír, and caerse, follow a similar pattern. | ||||||||
